1. Where is your new location?
Venus Jewelers is moving to a new location exactly 40 steps ( yes, we counted!) to the left of our current store. The new address is 940 Easton Avenue, Somerset, NJ.
2. Why are you moving?
The property management company is redeveloping the building Venus Jewelers is currently in along with the adjacent vacant spaces. Future redevelopment plans are unknown but it's rumored to be developed into mixed retail and residential.
2. Will the store remain open during the move?
Yes, we will remain open with minimal shutdown time and there will be little to no interruption in our services.
3. Will there be any interruption in services such as repairs or jewelry orders?
No, there will be no interruption or delays in service during our move. We aim to continue serving you seamlessly.
4. Will you be offering new services at the new location?
Yes, we will be introducing enhanced custom design capability in our expanded custom design shop.
5. Will you have the same jewelry?
We will continue to offer our tried and true collections but are hard at work behind the scenes to introduce exciting new collections from around the world.
7. What can clients expect from the new location?
Along with a beautiful, open-concept showroom and fresh new service and jewelry offerings, Venus Jewelers will introduce a nontraditional, experiential engagement ring and jewelry buying process.
8. When will the move be completed?
As anticipated, construction comes with unexpected surprises and time delays but we hope to unveil our new space very soon. We will provide updates on the exact timeline, but rest assured that we are working to make the transition as smooth and quick as possible.
