Terms and Conditions

1. SPONSOR
The “Hint Hint Santa – 3.00ct Lab Diamond Engagement Ring Giveaway” (“Contest”) is sponsored by Venus Jewelers, located at 940 Easton Avenue, Suite 11B, Somerset, NJ 08873 (“Sponsor”).

 
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and representatives of Venus Jewelers, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

 
3. CONTEST PERIOD
Entries will be accepted beginning November 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ending December 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Contest Period”).
Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

 
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Contest Period, participants may enter via Instagram by completing the following steps:

Follow @VenusJewelers and @JasonTheGemologist on Instagram.
Post a Story, Reel, or Feed Post featuring your dream engagement ring. 

The image or video can be a lifestyle photo,  screenshot from www.VenusJewelers.com or a photo/video taken in-store at Venus Jewelers.
In your caption or story text, you must:

Tag @VenusJewelers and @JasonTheGemologist, and
Include the hashtag #HintHintVenus.
Tell us why it’s your dream ring (in the caption for posts or reels, or text overlay for stories).
Your Instagram account must be public during the Contest Period to be eligible.
 Reels and Feed Posts will receive bonus points during judging for creativity, effort, and engagement.

 
💫 BONUS ENTRIES
Participants may earn additional entries as follows:

+2 Extra Entry – Post a photo, reel, or story taken in-store at Venus Jewelers.
+1 Extra Entry – Use the Venus AI Ring Builder on www.VenusJewelers.com, design your dream ring, and post a screenshot or screen recording 
+1 Extra Entry per day – Share your original entry post or reel to your Story and tag @VenusJewelers.
Each unique post or story counts as one entry. Duplicate content will not receive multiple entries.

 
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:

A 3.00 carat lab-grown diamond of their choice (shape and specifications subject to availability and Venus Jewelers approval), and
A ring mounting valued up to $1,500 (choice from select Venus settings).
Approximate Retail Value: up to $6,500

The winner must select their diamond and mounting by December 31, 2025 and redeem the prize in person at Venus Jewelers.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

 
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected based on the following judging criteria:

Creativity & Originality: 40%
Visual Appeal & Effort: 25%
Caption or Storytelling: 20%
Engagement (likes, comments, shares): 15%
(Reels and feed posts automatically receive higher creativity weight than stories.)
Winner will be announced on or around December 15, 2025 via Instagram Stories and tagged on the official @VenusJewelers account.
Winner will be contacted by direct message from @VenusJewelers only.
Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
 
7. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
Entries must:

Be original and created by the entrant.
Not include offensive, defamatory, or infringing material.
Not promote other brands or competitors.
Venus Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or the spirit of the promotion.

 
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, participants grant Venus Jewelers the right to use their name, Instagram handle, image, likeness, and submitted content (including photos, videos, and captions) in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Venus Jewelers, Instagram, and their respective employees, officers, and representatives from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or any other aspect of this Contest.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

 
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Entries generated by bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent means will be disqualified.
Venus Jewelers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen events affect the integrity of the promotion.
All decisions by Venus Jewelers are final.
All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
