Promotion Overview
Welcome to the Venus Jewelers Anniversary Scratch-Off Giveaway! During our Anniversary Sale, every official scratch-off card is a winner. To maintain the integrity of the promotion, all scratch-off cards must be revealed and validated in person at Venus Jewelers during the promotional period.

Promotion Dates
The Venus Jewelers Anniversary Sale and Scratch-Off Giveaway runs August 24, 2026 through August 29, 2026.
Scratch-off cards must be brought to Venus Jewelers and scratched off in-store between August 24, 2026 and August 29, 2026.
Scratch-off cards presented before or after these dates are not eligible for prize validation or redemption.

Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Employees of Venus Jewelers, their immediate family members, and members of their household are not eligible to redeem prizes. Void where prohibited by law.

Scratch-Off Card Requirements
A total of 20,000 official Venus Jewelers scratch-off cards have been produced, and every official card contains a prize. Prize distribution is random and predetermined before cards are distributed.
Each scratch-off card must remain completely unscratched until presented to a Venus Jewelers associate.
The scratch-off coating may only be removed inside the Venus Jewelers showroom, between August 24–29, 2026, and only in the presence of a Venus Jewelers associate.
Cards that have been scratched, partially scratched, tampered with, altered, damaged, copied, duplicated, reproduced, or otherwise revealed prior to being presented in-store during the promotion period may be declared void at the sole discretion of Venus Jewelers.

Prize Validation & Redemption
To redeem a prize, participants must:
• Bring the original, unscratched scratch-off card to Venus Jewelers between August 24 and August 29, 2026.
• Present the card to a Venus Jewelers associate before scratching it.
• Scratch and reveal the prize only after being instructed to do so by the associate.
• Surrender the original winning card at the time of prize redemption.
All prizes are subject to verification. Venus Jewelers reserves the right to inspect and authenticate every scratch-off card before awarding any prize.
Photocopies, photographs, screenshots, scans, digital reproductions, counterfeit cards, or altered cards will not be accepted.
Venus Jewelers’ decisions regarding prize validation and eligibility are final.

Prize Expiration
Unless otherwise stated:
• Venus Gift Cards and Free Watch Battery prizes expire December 31, 2026.
• Hidden Treasure Gifts must be claimed during the Anniversary Sale unless otherwise directed by Venus Jewelers.
• The Grand Prize winner will be contacted regarding prize claim procedures if additional verification is required.

General Terms
Venus Jewelers reserves the right to refuse redemption of any card that is fraudulent, altered, damaged, duplicated, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
Venus Jewelers may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity of the promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and acknowledge that all decisions made by Venus Jewelers regarding prize validation and redemption are final.
