Do you have a trade-in policy?
We accept trade-ins for diamond studs or your diamond engagement ring that was purchased with us or another diamond jewelry item at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price of the diamond only, excluding mounting.

Do you offer engraving?
Venus Jewelers offers engraving on all types of jewelry. It can be done as little as one day.

What is your policy regarding conflict diamonds?
Venus Jewelers does not sell conflict diamonds. As direct diamond importers, we source our diamonds from reputable sources from the largest diamond bourses in Antwerp, Belgium. All diamonds abide by the regulations outlined in the Kimberly Process.
