Dorothy, When I saw this email about the "Crown" holding the diamond, it brought back memories. I bought a diamond ring worth over $5000 in Amsterdam, Holland, in 1996 and it was a beautiful ring. Last year one day my wife noticed the large diamond in the center was missing, end of story. I recommend everyone have their "Ring Crown" checked every year & save themselves a lot of money, a great loss of something of sentimental value & the aggravation. Dear Venus Jewelers, I wanted to thank you for giving my husband and I the most pleasurable shopping experience we have EVER had. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past and when we had the misfortune of purchasing a bracelet with a faulty clasp that fell off his his wrist the first time he wore it we were devastated. We called the manufacturer in hopes to alert them to this problem and to see if there was anything that could be done. When we were given the runaround we contacted Venus Jewelers to see if they could contact the manufacturer and they jumped into action before we could even bring our receipt back to the store. Never in a million years did I expect this burden to fall into their hands but they righted the wrong immediately and called us to tell us a new bracelet was waiting for us at the store within a week! Venus Jewelers has created a new customer for life and I will be sure to refer your store wherever possible because you obviously stand behind your product and gave us a great deal on the bracelet in the 1st place!
